At Zari London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, we offer a returns and refund policy that is outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM

Before returning any item, you must contact us via the Contact Form or within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in a re-saleable condition its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. Custom-made or personalised items are also non-returnable unless defective.

As per our Terms and Conditions, general wear and tear does not constitute a fault or defect.

RETURNS PROCESS

Contact Us: Email us at via the Contact Form with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email.

GIFTS​

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
