    2. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

    3. Pricing and Payment:

      • All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

      • Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

      • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, or other payment methods available on our website.

    4. Product Availability:

      • We strive to ensure that all items on our website are in stock. If an item you order is unavailable, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
         

  3. DELIVERY 

    1. Delivery Charges and Times:

      • Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. 

      • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

    2. Risk and Ownership:

      1. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

      2. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
         

  4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    1. Right to Cancel:

      1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except as specified below.

      2. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us via email or follow the returns process on our website.

    2. Returns Process:

      • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items must be in a re-saleable condition.

      • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or not as described.

      • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

    3. Non-Returnable Items:  

      • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty or not as described.

      • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

    4. Wear and tear 

      • Our jewellery is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure its quality and durability. However, we are not liable for any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidents. Jewellery items may experience natural wear and tear over time, including changes in appearance or functionality. 

      • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear and tear. It is the customer's responsibility to care for their jewellery properly, following any care instructions provided. Any repairs or alterations made by a third party without our prior consent will void any warranty and exclude us from liability. Returns will only be accepted for items that are faulty or not as described at the time of purchase.

    5. Faulty or Misdescribed Items:

      • If you receive a faulty or misdescribed item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.
         

  5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND ACCURACY 

    1. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur.

    2. Colour disclaimer:

      • Please be aware that the actual colours you see may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen due to differences in display settings and lighting conditions. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately reflects the true colour of the product. Minor variations in colour between the product and images and the actual product do not constitute a defect or misdescription.

    3. If you believe a product you purchased is not as described, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
       

  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    1. All content on our website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Zari London or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
       

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. 

    2. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price of your order.

    1. Your privacy is important to us. committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Notice which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit our website, and when you purchase our products or use our services.

    1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
