At Zari London we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping options, costs, delivery times, and other important details related to the delivery of your orders.

  • SHIPPING LOCATIONS 

    1. We are pleased to offer shipping to the following locations:

      1. United Kingdom: We ship to all addresses within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

      2. International Shipping: We currently ship to Europe, US, Canada and the UAE. Please check back for updates or contact us if you have specific requests.
         

  • DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMESCALES:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    • We ship with Royal Mail using the tracked delivery method. ​Express delivery is not available outside of the UK.

    • Costs are calculated at checkout.

  • ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

    1. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been received.

    2. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
       

  • DELIVERY TIMES AND TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

    1. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch and are determined by the postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or customs delays.

    2. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package on the carrier's website.

    3. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us via the Contact Form.
       

  • SHIPPING ADDRESS

    1. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We we will not be liable for any loss, delay, or failure in delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order to the correct address.

    2. If you realise there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via the Contact Form. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
       

  • FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURN TO SENDER 

    1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed from a local depot, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply. 

    2. If you choose not to have the package redelivered, we will refund the cost of the items, minus the original shipping charges.

  • DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

    1. We take every precaution to package your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once the goods have been dispatched and are in the care of the courier, we do not accept liability for any damage that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt via the Contact Form so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Please note that pictures of the damage may be required to support your claim.
